Meet Our Lead Pastor

Pastor Rob White serves as the Lead Pastor of Crossroads. He first ministered at Crossroads as our Youth Pastor before God called him to serve in pastoral ministry in other provinces. After many years of faithful ministry, Pastor Rob has returned to Crossroads, bringing with him years of experience, a heart for people, and a passion for sharing God's Word.

Pastor Rob is joined in ministry by his wife, Shanon, who is gifted in music and has a heart for leading people in praise and worship. Their daughter, Brenna, and their son, Lochlan, will be leading and serving in the Young Adults Ministry, helping to encourage and disciple the next generation.

As a family, they are committed to serving God and building a Christ-centered church where people of all ages can grow in their faith. They are passionate about reaching the community of Prince Albert with the love of Christ and helping people discover God's purpose for their lives. We are grateful to have the White family leading and serving at Crossroads.
