WATER BAPTISM: Crossroads Statement of Faith as Christians, “We believe in Christ’s Lordship of the Church, the observance of the ordinances of Christian Baptism by immersion for believers.” We are inviting you to join us for a water baptism service at Living Waters Camp on SUNDAY, JULY 26, at 3:30 pm. If you feel led to be baptized, please remember to fill out the REQUEST FORM & submit it to the church office. Please do not forget to register. Write your name and contact # on the sheet provided at the foyer table. The Baptismal Class will be held on the same day @ 3pm at LWC before the Baptisimal Service.
For those who registered, please arrive at the Living Waters Camp at 3:00 PM for your Baptismal Class.
LOCATION: Nw 1/4 24 45 1 west of the third Adamson Lake, SK S0K 2S0 (1 hr 10 minutes north of Saskatoon and 20 minutes south of PA). The camp is nestled in a 30 acres of pine and aspen, bordering Adamson Lake.
WHAT TO BRING:
- Bring a change of clothes
- A plastic bag to take home wet clothes
- Bring a large towel (beach towel)
- Bring slippers or flip-flops
- Bring a hair dryer if needed
- Men/boys wear a white shirt and shorts or trousers
- Women/girls wear a bathing suit to wear underneath a T-shirt and shorts
- Prepare a short testimony on when and where you were saved and also share a favorite scripture verse
